Event RSVP privacy notice

This notice explains how the Protect Your Sales interest form handles the minimal information you choose to provide.

Who handles your RSVP

The event interest process is operated for Metavoli Asia Consulting Services in partnership with Orangesoft. Authorised staff from both organisations may access your RSVP solely to assess interest, respond to you and coordinate this training event.

What we collect

• Your name
• Your company
• Your work email address
• Your affirmative consent to event follow-up
• Your optional consent to receive other updates, if you choose it

This website does not request participant lists, IC numbers, MyKad copies, signatures, company stamps or document uploads.

Why we use it

Your information is used to acknowledge your interest, help Wendy follow up about eligibility and availability, and coordinate any next steps. It is not used for unrelated marketing unless you provide separate permission.

If you select “Keep me updated”, you agree to receive news, special offers, and details about future products or services from Orangesoft and Metavoli Asia Consulting Services. This choice is optional and is not required to RSVP.

A server-side notification email may be delivered to Wendy and the RSVP coordination team through Postmark before the WhatsApp handoff. Postmark receives only the RSVP information listed above for that delivery purpose.

WhatsApp handoff

After the form, the website prepares a WhatsApp message addressed to Wendy Tan at +60 10-317 0773. The message is not sent automatically. You decide whether to send it from your own WhatsApp account. Once sent, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices also apply.

Retention and sharing

RSVP information is intended to be retained for no longer than three months from submission, then deleted unless a longer period is required for a separately agreed formal application or by law. Access is limited to authorised Orangesoft and Metavoli personnel involved in this event.

Formal HRD Corp application information and MyKad documents are outside this public RSVP process. After confirmation, Metavoli Asia provides the formal submission instructions and performs the administration. Copies may be redacted or watermarked. HRD Corp and authorised Metavoli personnel may access those records for verification; they are retained until the relevant funds are disbursed and then securely deleted.

Your choices

You may ask what RSVP information is held about you, request a correction, or withdraw from event follow-up or optional marketing updates. Contact Metavoli Asia at frontdesk@metavoliasia.com or message Wendy via WhatsApp.

Analytics

This build does not send form values to analytics. If optional audience analytics are enabled later, names, companies, email addresses and message content must remain excluded and this notice should be updated if needed.
